RETURN TERMS
To return a product send the product, together with the packing slip, to the address below:

You have 30 days to return your items. After we have received the return, you will be credited the costs of the returned items. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to SpeedComfort complete with all the accessories it was supplied with and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.
The shipping costs for the return are for your account.
RETURN PROCEDURE
If the product has been returned to us in good condition, the refund will usually take place within 10 working days. NB: after we have instructed our payment provider to return the payment, it can take up to 2 working days before the purchase amount is actually credited to your bank account, credit card or PayPal account.
